Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your service request or order at any time before the work is completed or delivered.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. The cancellation will take effect once we have acknowledged your request.
• For ongoing projects, if work has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply based on the stage of work completed.
• In case of cancellation after the project has started, the client will be liable to pay for the services already rendered.

Refund Policy

Refunds at Trinetrix360 are strictly subject to the following terms:

1. Non-Delivery of Services
   Refunds are only provided in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed product or service. 
2. Advance Payment Refunds
   If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 4 to 5 business days after receiving the advance payment. 
3. Partial Refunds
   In cases where work has already been initiated, refunds will be subject to deductions based on the scope and percentage of work completed. 
4. No Refund After Delivery
   Once the product or service has been delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
